~ Posting Ads to this page is limited to NICC Members at no cost.
~ Ads must contain the Sale Price and Seller Contact Information.
~ Neither NICC nor its Webmaster may be made a party to any sales
   or trade agreement nor be made a part of any Escrow or Law Suit.
~ All communication between the Seller and Buyer must be made 
   using the E-mail Address or the Phone Number provided in the Ad.
~ The NICC Webmaster will not answer or forward any e-mails.
